- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or telemarketing environment
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Referral preference given to applicants who can meet Microsoft Excel and Word testing criteria
- $18 per hour on W2
