The BOSS (Buy Online Ship from Store) initiative enhances customer shopping experiences by utilizing inventory from all retail locations. The Fulfillment Outfitter plays a crucial role in processing BOSS orders, which includes sorting, packing, and dispatching products to customers and retail outlets. This position demands a solid understanding of our merchandise and adherence to quality and presentation standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute various backroom tasks such as receiving, inspecting, fulfilling orders, and preparing items for shipment.
  • Organize and package products for delivery, affix labels, and conduct quality inspections.
  • Complete customer orders by accurately matching items and placing them in appropriate containers.
  • Transport products between warehouse areas using manual methods or equipment.
  • Uphold a safe and tidy working environment.
  • Provide assistance to customers on the sales floor during operational hours.
  • Report any challenges impacting job performance.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma is mandatory
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in processing orders within the BOSS system
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Competence in reading label descriptions and managing stock

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for prolonged periods, and operating equipment
  • Engaging in various physical activities throughout the shift
