Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and strengthen new and existing client relationships through proactive communication, addressing client requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring that essential information and documentation are up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with lead advisors to manage client relationships, strategize for referrals and introductions, and communicate with clients regarding pertinent events that may impact their investments.
  • Prepare for and organize client and prospect meetings, including follow-ups.
  • Oversee a schedule of client reviews for lead advisors.
  • Coordinate with our investment teams to ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their goals.
  • Engage with clients and prospective clients to provide relevant market updates that may influence their investments.
  • Assist in analyses and preparation for conducting comprehensive client reviews to identify new business opportunities.
  • Interact directly with clients to assess and effectively manage their needs, address questions or concerns promptly and professionally, handle requests or complaints, and foster relationships while maintaining accurate records.
  • Adhere to established standards and operational procedures that will be learned on the job.
Qualifications
  • Possession of Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
  • A collaborative, coachable, and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to understand and execute tasks effectively.
