Our Financial Advisors collaborate closely with branch personnel to identify client needs and present the most suitable financial solutions tailored to their immediate and future objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for achieving personal production targets and fulfilling customer service goals across all designated branches and/or client portfolios.
Leverage available tools and resources to enhance a holistic financial planning strategy that encompasses all assets, objectives, timelines, and risk appetites.
Deliver investment and insurance solutions to clients grounded in a comprehensive financial planning methodology that considers all assets, objectives, timelines, and risk profiles.
Regularly mentor branch staff in every location to improve customer profiling and identify both short-term and long-term objectives, providing suitable solutions as necessary.
Offer continuous training and sales assistance to assigned branches to ensure an exceptional customer experience for all clients and potential clients.
Collaborate with various business lines (Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Banking, etc.) to deliver optimal solutions for all client needs.
Additional duties may be assigned as required.Essential Qualifications:
High School Diploma
At least 1 year of experience in investment sales
Possession of Series 7, 63, 65/66, and Life and Health Licenses
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an investment-related field
Experience in coaching, influencing, and developing team members
Proven track record of surpassing expectations and meeting assigned goals
Strong communication skills with a diverse range of prospects and clients, meticulous attention to detail in documentation, and a commitment to excellence in service and follow-up
