Job Title: Patient Services Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Lead to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Patient Services Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Job Summary

The Patient Services Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our patient dining program, including coordinating meal service, managing staff, and ensuring that all patients receive their meals in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient meal service and special requests
  • Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure they provide excellent service
  • Work with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for patients with dietary restrictions
  • Interact with nursing and evaluate patient meal selection, tray completion, and delivery process
  • Assist dietitians with monitoring patients who require special diets
  • Adhere to facility confidentiality and patient rights policy
  • Comply with regulatory agency standards and HACCP guidelines
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and caregivers
  • Aptitude for operating hospital's admission, discharge, and transfer (ADT) system
  • Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
