Job Summary
Artech Information System LLC is seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
1. Provide timely and effective assistance to customers throughout the inventory process.
2. Assist customers in setting up and operating our equipment to ensure successful inventory completion.
3. Maintain high response times and abandon rates as defined in our department's goals.
4. Coordinate internal operational activities to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
5. Serve as a liaison between client care teammates, account managers, IT, and operations staff to support customer needs.
6. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our department's database.
7. Develop a working knowledge of product functionality, performance, and troubleshooting methodologies to assist clients.
8. Stay up-to-date with computer programs currently in use in the department.
Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Prior customer service experience preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Computer literacy, with exposure to Windows environment.
