Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Esthetician to lead our Esthetics Department and provide exceptional skin care services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, training and coaching estheticians, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Esthetics Department, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Train and coach estheticians on skin care services, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and maintain professional and retail product inventory and supply usage.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest skin care trends and techniques.
  • Assist in planning and executing events and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Meet regularly with the Spa Manager and Esthetics staff to discuss department performance and goals.
Requirements
  • Strong retail and sales upgrade record.
  • Experienced esthetician with a proven track record of delivering high-quality skin care services.
  • Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines.
  • Previous training experience preferred.
