A Day in The Life

  • You will be actively engaged on the sales floor, responsible for all aspects of sales and guest satisfaction.
  • You will maintain personal membership sales above the benchmark through role-playing, education, and teamwork.
  • You will adeptly manage multiple tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, welcoming guests, and processing checkouts.
  • You will be the first to assist clients or colleagues in need.
  • The spa lobby will be your responsibility, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency at all times.
  • You will regularly seek feedback to enhance your performance and engage in professional discussions with staff.

Qualifications

  • Excellent personal presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and multitask effectively while focusing on the guest experience.
  • Availability must align with business needs, which may vary. The Store Manager will determine scheduling requirements, which could include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation

- $14.50 per hour with a structured path for advancement

  • Monthly bonuses based on membership sales.

Compensation:
