These roles are available in both part-time and full-time capacities and will report directly to our Spa Manager and Assistant Managers.

A Day in The Life

  • You will be present on the sales floor during each shift, accountable for all aspects of sales and guest experience.
  • You will maintain personal membership sales above benchmarks through roleplaying, education, and teamwork.
  • You will effectively manage multiple tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and processing checkouts.
  • You will proactively assist clients and coworkers whenever needed.
  • The spa lobby will be your responsibility, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency at all times.
  • You will regularly seek feedback to enhance your performance and engage in professional discussions with staff.

Qualifications

  • Flexibility in availability to meet the needs of the business, which may vary over time.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation

- $14.50 per hour with a structured advancement track

  • Monthly bonuses based on membership sales.
  • Additional contests and bonus opportunities throughout the year.

Compensation:
$14.50 per hour
