About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at White Willow Staffing. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing custom pumping solutions for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design skid-based equipment layouts, including pumps, motors, pressure vessels, manifolds, filters, piping, valves, electric controls, and system enclosures.
  • Prepare and model equipment in CAD from specs/drawings/customer submittals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Promote design standards, design-for-manufacturing, and cost-sensitive criteria throughout the design process.
  • Specify construction standards for major components, such as structural skid bases and enclosures.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop custom product designs and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Lead project meetings and presentations to small groups.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and clients.

Requirements:

  • AS or BS Mechanical Engineering Degree.
  • SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Physical Demands:

The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. Must be able to reach above shoulders and lift 25lbs.

White Willow Staffing offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000, based on experience.
