The successful candidate will oversee the development of the logical and physical data models, identify and verify data sources, and contribute to the ITSE and IT Service Management teams on CMDB configuration and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CMDB strategy
  • Design and implement data models and data federation
  • Collaborate with ITSE and IT Service Management teams on CMDB configuration and maintenance
  • Develop documentation and training materials for personnel with direct CMDB responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver project status briefings and employee awareness presentations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Understanding of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) IT Service Management lifecycle
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform and Discovery
  • Strong knowledge of IT Asset and CMDB processes and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow certifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
  • ITIL V3 Foundations Certification or higher
