Job Summary:

As a Lawn Care Specialist at Spring-Green Lawn Care Corp., you will be responsible for ensuring proper lawn, tree, and pest applications are applied timely and safely. Your expertise will be the customer's lawn care expert, and you will be the front runner in helping achieve their expectations of a green weed-free lawn.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate and communicate with customers about lawn care services and applications.
Sell all necessary services to customers based on their lawn and tree needs.
Develop knowledge and skills to make appropriate lawn and tree care application services, diagnose lawn and tree problems, and perform sales estimates.
Obtain and maintain all required pesticide licenses, become familiar with product labels and SDS, and accurately mix approved lawn or tree materials.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old for insurability purposes.
Ability to work Monday through Friday and Saturday as required.
Must enjoy working outdoors and be able to work in temperature ranges from teens to over 90 degrees and in varying weather conditions.
Must be able to lift 50-pound bags of fertilizer, load, unload, push, lift, and guide rotary spreader with a total weight of pounds and maneuver 400-foot spray hose.
