As a key member of our Renovation R&D team, you will be responsible for guiding product development and process improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products, improving product quality, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market research, and competitor analysis to inform product development and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and quality enhancements, and develop and implement solutions to address these opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to product development, process improvement, and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in food technology, product development, and process improvement.
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Poultry science or poultry processing experience.
  • Experience with new product launches and process improvements in the food industry.
Working Conditions
  • Occasional office work, manufacturing work in cold, wet environments, and occasional lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Travel required to plant facilities for pilot plant testing, commercialization scale-up support, and data capture.
