About Your Work

As the Medical Office Manager, you'll oversee the coordinated and efficient day-to-day operations of the front and back office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Directly supervising front and back office operations
  • Ensuring all patient registrations are handled in accordance with written policies and procedures
  • Coordinating schedules of all healthcare providers
  • Procuring office supplies and equipment
  • Providing on-the-job training to staff members

You'll work closely with the Site Medical Director and Human Resources Department to ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding processes. Your ability to establish constructive working relationships with diverse staff members will be essential in achieving our goals.

The Skills and Experience We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Office Manager who possesses:

  • EMR experience, preferably with Epic
  • Strong computer skills and excellent interpersonal communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with one to two years of supervisory experience in a medical or business setting

Physical Requirements: Office Environment - roles involving part to full-time schedule in an office environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork – Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of the workday.
