Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Conway Medical Center. This role will be responsible for coordinating patient care and providing administrative support in a medical practice setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for ensuring quality care is provided to all patients and maintaining confidential records of vital statistics and other pertinent data.
In this role, the coordinator will also be responsible for notifying patients of diagnostic test results, ensuring clients receive appropriate follow-up care, and educating patients to assure understanding of physician's orders effectively.
This position requires a minimum of 2 years prior experience working in a physician office setting, with a preference for 5 years or more. A strong knowledge of standard medical office practices and procedures is required.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
