Physical Therapist Clinic Manager

Responsibilities:- Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient treatment and staff management.
- Onboard and train new employees, review treatment plans, and contribute to the community's well-being.
- Enhance patient health and quality of life through effective leadership and teamwork.
- Yearly Continuing Education Allowance, access to MedBridge and Athletico University, and 5 additional PTO days for CE.
- Leadership programs and opportunities for growth and development.
- Goal of 55 patients per week as an experienced PT.
- Short-term and long-term Clinic Manager incentive programs.
- New for 2024 – Student Loan Repayment Program (30+ hours).
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits (eligibility begins day one of employment).
- 22 days PTO (accruing starts immediately upon hire).
- 5 CEU PTO days.
- 6 Major Holidays off plus 2 floating holidays yearly.
- Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy benefits for employees.

- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, Physical Therapy Assistant Program, or Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist.
- Current CPR Certification.
