Job Summary:The Clinic Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient treatment, employee onboarding, and training. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, and a commitment to our company's mission and values.
Responsibilities:- Lead the clinic team to deliver exceptional patient care and services
- Develop and implement treatment plans and protocols
- Onboard and train new employees
- Monitor and improve clinic operations and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with regional directors and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
