Physical Therapy Clinic Manager

ATI Physical Therapy is a leading provider of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care and team performance.
The Clinic Director plays a critical role in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes, leading the clinic through ATI's mission, vision, and values to develop a high-performing team.
This management role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supervising clinic staff, and ensuring patient treatment is delivered with compassion, comprehensiveness, and evidence-based approaches.
The Clinic Director may be responsible for managing multiple clinics, meeting or exceeding operational performance metrics, and cultivating relationships with patients and the community.
Key responsibilities include developing individualized plans of care, treating patients through all phases of physical therapy, and supporting the development of team members to ensure high performance.
