As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, supervising staff, and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
- Leading and managing a team of physical therapists and support staff
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborating with district leadership to achieve business objectives
- Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
