Job Overview

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate. You will be supported by our proven training and coaching system, as well as our outstanding support staff and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties to provide expert advice to clients
  • Oversee the entire sales process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Help buyers refine their home criteria and select additional homes to show
  • Identify homes to show that meet buyers' needs and budgets to increase sales
  • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract for measuring, inspecting, etc.
  • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Follow Daily Success Habits to exceed expectations of minimum closed transactions per month

Requirements:

  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving
  • Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Pennsylvania Real Estate License obtained prior to joining our office is REQUIRED for this role
  • A Vehicle, Laptop, and Cell phone are required for this role that is supplied and maintained by the candidate
  • Travel within an hour of Downingtown, PA will be required
  • Your Real Estate license must be transferred to our office to qualify for this position
