Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence;
  • Prepare and organize documentation for trial proceedings;
  • Review and analyze various records, reports, and case materials;
  • Maintain communication with clients, office personnel, and attorneys;
  • File legal pleadings through mail and electronic court filing, and serve documents to opposing parties and counsel;
  • Prioritize daily tasks, meet deadlines, and respond promptly to various situations;
  • Manage incoming client inquiries related to cases and respond to demands from opposing counsel/parties;
  • Exhibit strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
  • Effectively connect and communicate with clients;
  • Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills;
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member.

Work Schedule:

Qualifications:

Education: Associate degree (preferred)

Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (3 years preferred), Customer Service (2 years required), Paralegal experience (preferred), Immigration law experience (preferred)
