About this Role

MDMS Recruiting is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic thinking, complex problem-solving, and technical evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business strategies and objectives into actionable business requirements
  • Develop functional and operational requirements using requirements management methodology and tools
  • Document, test, and analyze final requirements to ensure accuracy and feasibility
  • Communicate requirements effectively to technical development and implementation teams
  • Define and implement best practices with internal and external vendors, including continuous review and improvement
  • Provide high-level project resolution and troubleshooting for business analysis team projects
  • Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives for the team, including project and financial analysis of cost vs benefits
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience working on projects/initiatives around Data Governance, Client Data Strategy, and Client Hierarchy Definitions
  • Ability to understand and analyze vast data sets and provide inputs for technical system design formulation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to work across cross-functional teams and present solutions to senior management
  • Ability to formulate design principles, technical integration evaluations (APIs), and document technical requirements
  • Experience working on Data Modeling, Data Definitions, and Data Glossary (desired)
