Regional Operations Manager

Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, the Regional Operations Manager oversees multiple locations.
The key responsibility of the Regional Operations Manager is to ensure the safety of team members and customers while meeting sales and profit targets for each location under their supervision.
Compensation Package:The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, with eligibility for additional compensation and incentives based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the assigned region in overall operations to enhance sales and maximize profitability through effective management of store managers and team members.
2. Support company initiatives to fulfill the vision, mission, and values, establishing the company as a leading automotive tire-service provider, recognized by customers as the premier choice for quality automotive services and tires in their communities.
3. Evaluate the skills of store managers, monitor their performance, and set performance objectives to achieve company goals.
4. Manage budgets and capital expenditures to optimize profit potential and ensure P&L health within the designated area.
5. Ensure that all locations are adequately staffed with the necessary skills in line with company labor management standards and sales demands.
6. Engage, train, develop, and mentor Store Managers through coaching on operational processes, customer interactions, product knowledge, and service protocols during regular meetings.
7. Conduct and document regular store visits, tracking action items, equipment maintenance, appearance standards, labor management, and communicating follow-up expectations and improvement plans to Store Managers.
8. Perform quarterly cycle counts in stores in addition to annual inventories within the assigned area.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety, security, and regulatory standards across all locations to maintain a safe working environment.
10. Communicate effectively and professionally with Store Support Center colleagues and business partners, and participate in regional and company-led meetings as required.
11. Monitor customer satisfaction closely and address service concerns as they arise.
12. Foster strategic partnerships with third parties within the assigned area and train Store Managers on related responsibilities.
13. Focus on personal development and enhance team member retention.
14. Conduct regular meetings with direct reports to acknowledge achievements and convey company directives.
15. Stay informed about local market competitors, industry trends, and new developments.
16. Complete all required training in accordance with company guidelines and timelines.
17. Perform additional duties as assigned.
