Residential Program Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Program Coordinator at St Monica's Home. This critical role involves working closely with clients to promote personal growth, independence, and self-sufficiency.
Estimated Salary Range$50,000 - $60,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:
- Spend extended periods interacting with clients, building trust and fostering a supportive environment.
- Document and track client progress, highlighting areas of improvement and successes.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to address clients' unique needs and goals.
- Maintain open lines of communication with colleagues and management, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- An associate's degree in a relevant field or significant experience in human services is essential.
- First Aid/CPR and Medication Aide certifications are required or the ability to obtain them within a short period.
- Prior experience in a residential setting is highly desirable.
