**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TeamMates Mentoring Program. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures;
  • Prepare and distribute reports, letters, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff members;
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate facility maintenance, and oversee office space utilization.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • A minimum of three years' experience in administrative duties such as calendar management, professional communication, and maintaining organized file systems;
  • Ability to provide a consistently high level of customer service;
  • Must have passion for youth and mentoring;
  • Strong technical skills and computer software experience, including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

Estimated Salary Range: Approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
