Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Comfort Systems USA Southwest.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, direction, and coordination of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee project administration, documentation, and contract management.
  • Secure and process contract agreements, review and finalize project budgets, and coordinate project scheduling and procurement.
  • Ensure proper staffing, labor resource loading, and productivity on assigned projects.
  • Manage project financial performance, including cost control and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 6-10 years of progressive experience in construction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
