Sunnova Energy is seeking a Residential Energy Solutions Consultant to guide clients in selecting the most suitable Sunnova products tailored to their specific requirements. This role involves pre-qualifying clients for the appropriate product(s) and arranging meetings for them with a Sunnova dealer or sales representative.
The ideal candidate will leverage their exceptional communication abilities to inform, educate, and advise prospective Sunnova customers about the advantages of our offerings, including solar energy solutions, energy storage services, grid services, and home enhancements such as standalone generators, electric vehicle chargers, and HVAC systems.
This position requires becoming a knowledgeable expert in Sunnova's product line to effectively address customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, features, and benefits.
A successful Consultant will identify opportunities that enhance value for potential clients and facilitate high-quality appointments to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with potential and existing customers to assess their energy requirements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Sunnova's solar and energy service offerings, articulating them in a clear and accessible manner.
- Qualify leads for Sunnova products.
- Coordinate in-home and virtual meetings for the sales teams.
- Gather necessary information and consistently update lead statuses.
- Monitor the lead portfolio and maintain follow-up with customers as necessary.
- Achieve or surpass monthly performance targets.
- Uphold and represent Sunnova's core values consistently.
- High School Diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in lead qualification or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving market trends and customer preferences.
