Position Overview
The Corporate Partnerships Manager is a pivotal role within the National Council on Aging (NCOA), focusing on enhancing corporate relationships to bolster financial support for our initiatives aimed at improving the lives of older adults.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the Business Development Team to formulate effective strategies that strengthen existing corporate partnerships and significantly expand new relationships.
2. Work closely with program staff to identify potential corporate partners and provide leadership throughout the fundraising process.
3. Manage accounts, prospect new leads, and facilitate introductions to NCOA's mission and programs.
4. Utilize sales resources, including sales intelligence and professional networks, to identify viable prospects.
5. Maintain and update all opportunities in the Salesforce CRM on a weekly basis.
6. Partner with the Director of Business Development to explore various segments of the corporate community as potential funding partners for NCOA programs.
7. Drive corporate funding through initiatives such as licensing, cause-related marketing, event sponsorship, and promotional campaigns.
8. Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to enhance visibility and revenue generation opportunities.
9. Develop metrics and budgets for new campaigns and provide regular progress reports to leadership.
10. Ensure compliance with NCOA guidelines in all corporate campaigns.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in business development, corporate fundraising, or marketing.
- Proven experience in developing budgets and tracking results.
- Familiarity with both restricted and unrestricted fundraising techniques.
- Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels and with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM databases, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present proposals to corporate executives.
- Willingness to travel as required.
