Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a robust background in Change Management, dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness through the application of established methodologies such as Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter's principles, and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead change initiatives on projects utilizing Lean Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Establish and nurture an OCM Community of Practice.
  • Develop comprehensive communication strategies and plans tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Guide enterprise transformation efforts, facilitating smooth transitions for teams and individuals.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, providing servant leadership and fostering collaboration.
  • Create and implement onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs for new hires.
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments and develop strategies for Change Resistance and User Adoption.
  • Administer ADKAR Survey Assessments to gauge organizational readiness.
  • Drive continuous process improvement through stakeholder engagement and empathy interviews.
  • Facilitate webinars, user workshops, and community discussions to promote knowledge sharing.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft products (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word) for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SAFe PI Planning and collaboration tools such as FigJam, Mural, and MS Teams Whiteboard.
  • Leverage JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
Qualifications:

Certification in Prosci or Kotter methodologies is required, along with SAFe certification (Coach, RTE) to ensure best practices in change management are upheld.
