Key Responsibilities:- Provide program support throughout the development life cycle, from concept development to system implementation, integration, verification, and validation.
- Work within a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT), where effective communication and team building skills are critical to success.
- Develop and maintain technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to solve complex problems.
- Lead multi-discipline teams and provide technical direction and guidance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and oversee the development of subsystems and components.
- Experience with requirements development, hardware and software integration, and requirements verification.
- Experience with development, integration, and test of complex systems onto air, sea, and/or ground platforms.
- Experience with test execution, including test plan and procedure development.
- Experience creating Trade Studies and analyzing technical data.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong accountability with the ability to work autonomously to deliver high-quality work products on-schedule.
- In-depth understanding of the System Engineering Lifecycle and processes.
- Experience managing suppliers and overseeing the development of subsystems and components.
- Knowledge and experience working with digital data standards such as: MIL-STD-1553, MIL-STD-1760, Universal Armament Interface (UAI), Radio Frequency (RF) communication, and ENET protocols.
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering methods, tools, and languages.
- Experience working with government customers including the US Army, US Navy, USMC, and/or USAF.
- Current Active DoD Secret or higher Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline.
- At least five years of related engineering experience in systems, software, or hardware engineering.
