Are you a seasoned HR professional looking to leverage your expertise to support businesses across the country? MP is seeking an HR Partner to join their HR Services division, providing outsourced HR management services to select clients. In this role, you will perform a range of human resources-related duties, including employee relations, HR strategy, training, employment, labor relations, and document creation and compliance. This is a collaborative role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, working with talented professionals in the HR space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits and analyses of each client's business, making appropriate HR recommendations.
  • Create organized action plans to help clients maintain compliance, optimize their workforce, and meet their respective goals.
  • Partner with business owners and management teams to create and communicate human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR infrastructure, including employee handbooks, job descriptions, performance reviews, and other crucial documents.
  • Facilitate or provide training to the workforce and management, including orientation and the creation of training materials as needed.
  • Analyze data and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
  • Respond to clients regarding employee relation issues, such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and changes in Human Resources legislation, communicating local, state, and federal laws to clients to maintain compliance.
  • Conduct new-hire orientations and develop strong, trusted partner relationships with each client to preserve retention.
  • Log all client activity in Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in human resource management, with experience in HR consulting or outsourcing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and confidence in all HR concepts, products, and services.
  • Excellent customer service skills and client focus.
  • Strong time management and scheduling skills.
  • Personal effectiveness and credibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to all size groups.
  • College degree in human resource management or a related field preferred.
  • PHR and/or SHRM-CP Certification preferred, with the ability to obtain certification within 18 months of hire.
