About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop tactical plans that meet specified goals and objectives.
  • Track and report monthly achievements of the business strategy.
  • Utilize a structured process to ensure proper pursuit protocol through collaboration with marketing support staff.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to department heads, project managers, and operational functions to achieve strategy goals.
  • Ensure high-quality project management and technical skill sets are applied to projects through rigorous quality control and management processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, plus 15+ years of job-related experience.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required, with a strong preference for licensure in Florida.
  • Proven track record of leading and growing transportation practices in different geographic areas.
  • Ability to develop and monitor marketing business plans and budgets.
  • Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Adept in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
