Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Services Director to lead our Imaging Services team at AdventHealth Tampa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning, and quality assurance of our Radiology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of CT, MR, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mobile PET/CT, Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Imaging Nursing Services, Radiation Oncology, and Internal Transport departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care, quality, and safety in Radiology services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of staff supervisors and leaders in respective modalities.
  • Collaborate with HR to oversee hiring, terminations, and employee development.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining cost-effective operations management.
Requirements
  • Graduate of AMA-approved Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
  • Minimum seven (7) years hospital-based clinical experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years leadership/supervisory/lead tech experience.
  • State of Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist License.
  • ARRT (R) or NMTCB Certification.
