Key Responsibilities- Administrative Leadership: Provide guidance and supervision to front desk staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient administrative processes.
- Operational Oversight: Manage all front desk functions, including registration, scheduling, and billing, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Training and Development: Assist in the training of new front desk staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five years' experience as a medical receptionist or in a related administrative role.
