Business Strategy Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Business Strategy Lead to join our team at Coda Search│Staffing. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a top Multi-Strategy Quant Hedge Fund, driving business growth and operational excellence in one of their top-performing business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Unit Performance: Ensure the business unit achieves its performance targets and operational excellence.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the business unit.
  • Transformation Initiatives: Drive transformation efforts to adapt to market changes, technological advancements, and organizational goals.
  • Growth Strategies: Formulate and execute strategies for business growth, including market expansion, new product development, and partnership opportunities.
  • Business Direction: Provide strategic guidance and direction to senior management, influencing key decisions and shaping the future of the business unit.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analysis and quantitative methods to support strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in a top management consulting firm or a leading financial services firm.
  • Proven track record in business strategy, process optimization, and leading transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a history of successful team management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
  • Preferred: Understanding of the financial services industry, particularly within a quantitative fund context.
