ROLE OVERVIEW:

In this position, you will be responsible for operating various cranes to facilitate the movement of heavy machinery and materials. Your duties will include ensuring that all operational lifts are meticulously planned, conducting thorough inspections of equipment, and adhering to established safety protocols.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate a variety of cranes to transport equipment and materials.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Follow signal directions from designated personnel during operations.
  • Assess operational areas for safety concerns and necessary planning.
  • Assist in loading completed units onto transport vehicles using appropriate rigging techniques.
  • Maintain constant communication with ground crew members.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Current National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (CCCO) credentials.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Crane Operator.
  • Proficient in operating various types of cranes.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Willingness to assist with additional tasks when not operating a crane.

We seek individuals who are reliable, accountable, and consistent in managing administrative tasks, including equipment inspection documentation. A strong attention to detail and a robust work ethic are essential. Candidates should be capable of maintaining a safe working environment and effectively signaling crane operations. Experience in forklift operation is also advantageous.
