  • Surface treatment: Spraying materials such as water, steam, paint, or stucco through hoses to clean, coat, or seal surfaces.
  • Sealing: Applying caulking compounds by hand or with a caulking gun to seal crevices.
  • Surface finishing: Grinding, sanding, or polishing surfaces such as concrete, marble, terrazzo, or wood flooring.
  • Demolition tasks: Demolishing buildings, sawing lumber, dismantling forms, removing projections from concrete, mounting pipe hangers, and cutting and attaching insulating material.
