Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect external theft and fraud
  • Train and develop Shortage Control Associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Collaborate with store and field leaders to share indicators of external theft and develop solutions to address these issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers in high-risk areas of the store
Requirements
