The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with experience in leading teams and overseeing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing civil engineering designs, including plans, reports, calculations, specifications, estimates, and construction details.
  • Preparing site plans, municipal permit packages, and construction documents.
  • Preparing proposals, including scope of services and estimates of time and cost required to complete the project.
  • Organizing and coordinating design teams, corresponding with clients, and administering construction contracts as required.
  • Experience with Planning Board and public presentations, securing regulatory/agency permits and approvals.
  • Fostering positive, cooperative, and rewarding relationships with clients.
  • Inspiring teamwork with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor staff.
  • Coordinating Quality Assurance and Control review procedures for the project.
  • Participating in marketing and client maintenance efforts.
  • Task management and project delivery.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited four-year college or university.
  • Ten (10+) plus years of progressive related technical experience and/or training.
  • NY P.E. required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required and AutoCAD preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.

C.T. Male Associates offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, paid weekly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
