Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining a customer service focus, passion for results, and a desire to develop a great team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to meet business needs
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
