Role Overview:

The Clinical Quality Manager will oversee the nursing program within the facility, striving to uphold the highest standards of care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to foster professional growth.
  • Conducting daily rounds to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and nursing policies.
  • Developing and managing systems to assess clinical competencies and training requirements.
  • Facilitating meetings to address resident care concerns.
  • Reviewing time sheets for payroll accuracy.
  • Engaging in the development and evaluation of programs aimed at recruiting and retaining nursing staff.
  • Conducting studies to assess the effectiveness of nursing services.
  • Managing staffing schedules and ensuring adequate nursing coverage based on facility needs.
  • Addressing and resolving concerns from residents, families, and staff.
  • Proactively tackling survey and standards of care issues.
  • Compiling timely reports to meet organizational deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to respond effectively in emergencies, and knowledge of training methodologies for clinical personnel.
