  • Understanding of state survey processes and adherence to nutrition care standards.
  • Strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform nutritional evaluations for patients and residents.
  • Deliver medical nutrition therapy, focusing on wound healing and weight management.
  • Provide nutritional guidance and education to patients and their families.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Operate independently with minimal oversight.
