We are seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join our Danbury Anti-coagulation department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in anticoagulation and/or medicine and will be able to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to provide initial and ongoing clinical assessment and education of patients on anticoagulation therapies.

**Job Description:**
Role: Clinical Specialist in Anticoagulation Therapy
Location: Danbury, CT
Hours: Monday-Friday, 36 hours/week
Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide initial and ongoing clinical assessment and education of patients on anticoagulation therapies
* Work collaboratively with the Medical Director to develop and implement treatment plans
* Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to assess patient health
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care

**Requirements:**
* Board certification in Nursing or related field
* Experience working in anticoagulation and/or medicine
* Strong clinical assessment skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
