Associate Director, Point of Care Specialist

The Associate Director, Point of Care oversees and executes media programs for clients within the Point of Care (POC) space. This role requires a strong understanding of the agency's workflow, client business objectives, and the Point of Care marketplace. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of media planning and/or buying experience, with a preference for Point of Care, Out of Home, or HCP. Additionally, 1 year of recent HCP media experience and 1-2 years of people management experience are required. The Associate Director will collaborate with mid-level clients, the Strategy team, and direct reports, playing an important role in project coordination and staff development. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Point of Care media programs for clients
- Manage daily team operations and build relationships with POC media partners
- Ensure adherence to PHM's planning processes
- Collaborate with mid-level clients, the Strategy team, and direct reports
- Play an important role in project coordination and staff development
Qualifications:
- 5 years of media planning and/or buying experience
- 1 year of recent HCP media experience
- 1-2 years of people management experience
- Expert MS Excel skills
