Pulmonary Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Pulmonary team at Emory University Hospital Midtown.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients with pulmonary conditions.
- Document patient care and medical records accurately and thoroughly.
- Conduct patient interviews and document patient histories, psychosocial histories, health status, and medical problems or potential problems.
- Perform physical examinations and specialized diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures under the direction of a physician.
- Assist physician in diagnosing medical problems, developing care plans, and prescribing treatment.
- Completion of an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program.
- Current licensure as an advanced practice nurse in the state of Georgia and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Pulmonary medicine as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- BLS and Healthcare Provider certifications required.
- Competitive salary range: $106,000 to $134,000 per year.
