As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, education, and research in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill adults in our ICU, CCU, and CVICU settings, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough patient assessments, obtain and interpret diagnostic test results, and formulate differential diagnoses to inform treatment decisions.
- Education and Research: Participate in ongoing education and research activities to stay current with best practices and advance the field of pulmonary critical care.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and educational programs to enhance patient care and staff development.
- Education: Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in pulmonary critical care or a related field.
