We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immunology Specialist to join our team at Syneos Health/inVentiv Health Commercial LLC. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, while growing sales within the assigned territory.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with specialty physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel to deliver proficient sales presentations and serve as a disease expert/resource.
- Territory Management: Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and stay up-to-date on industry and corporate policies and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Travel: Valid driver's license and ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
- Location: Must live within the territory or within territory boundaries.
- Local Market Knowledge: Recent experience in the geography, including existing relationships with target prescribers.
- Documented Sales Success: Documented history and proven track record of sales success.
