We are seeking a dynamic Guest Services Agent to join our team. A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, providing courteous and gracious service to guests.
  2. Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel.
  3. Offer guests an enjoyable experience that conforms to the company's standards of excellence, professionalism, and friendliness.
  4. Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests and employees and to protect all hotel assets.
  5. Respond to all emergencies on property, including fire, medical, severe weather, and evacuation.
  6. Initiate and follow-up on investigations of crimes committed against property and persons.
  7. Assist ill and injured guests and employees, ensuring documentation and disposition of reports.
  8. Greet every guest with a smile and maintain eye contact, escorting them to their rooms and offering assistance as needed.
  9. Conduct walk-through observations of the entire hotel, watching for suspicious persons entering, exiting, or loitering around the building.
  10. Possess knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.
  11. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, adhering to the proper dress code when working.
  12. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible and resolving customer complaints.
  13. Observe security monitors for any unusual activity and report directly to the supervisor on duty.
  14. Maintain accurate records while performing basic office duties, including camera monitoring and shift activity logs.
  15. Open vehicle doors and property doors for guests and employees.
  16. Handle and tag guest luggage, deliver luggage to rooms upon check-in, pick up luggage from room upon departure, and move luggage to storage or the front drive as needed.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned, including running errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off the hotel property.
  18. Adhere to all standards of operations, policies, and procedures, manuals, memos, and verbal instructions.
  19. Be familiar with all fire/safety and emergency procedures, including OSHA requirements.
  20. Must have a valid driver's license.
