Brewery Lead Technician

Milo's Tea Company is a leading beverage company in the US, committed to making a positive impact on the world. As a Brewery Lead Technician, you will play a key role in our operations, ensuring the highest quality beverages are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Complete pre-shift brew setup and ensure machines are ready for operation
  • Perform brew rinse procedures and reassemble piping as required
  • Execute weekly brew schedule and verify all CIP processes are completed
  • Manage bottle cut procedures and communicate with assigned areas of production
  • Offer suggestions for improving brew station efficiency
  • Ensure beverages are brewed to schedule and meet quality standards
  • Partner with maintenance team on continuous improvement projects
  • Review downtimes and assist in reducing or eliminating them
  • Monitor temperature and pressure gauges and ensure all paperwork is completed
  • Brew beverages that meet ingredient specifications, quality standards, and health requirements
  • Oversee cleaning of sugar tank and ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Coach, mentor, and train brewers on processes and procedures
  • Uphold and participate in Corporate Responsibility programming
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and basic mathematical functions
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, stooping, or kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
