This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for certain personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Responsibilities- Develop short and long-range plans for acquisition of information technology hardware, software, and firmware to support the Command's vision within the Federal budgeting process.
- Perform business case analyses to determine return on investments utilizing investment strategies and business process reengineering techniques as it applies to information technology systems.
- Evaluates emerging technologies and prototype programs to satisfy mission requirements.
- Develop management and technical tools to support the application and implementation of these processes.
